How many people can play the same Enigmo treasure hunt?
There's no limit to the number of participants! However, the purchase of a game entitles you to play on a single phone. Our team is currently working on the possibility of playing the same game from several phones.
Do I need a phone to play?
Yes, our puzzles are designed to be solved on a smartphone. The Enigmo experience wouldn't be the same on paper!
After purchasing a treasure hunt, how long do I have to use my code?
There's no time limit for using a voucher code once purchased! Enigmo lets you start your treasure hunt whenever you want.
How do I download the Enigmo application?
Go to the AppStore if you have an iPhone, or the Play Store if you're on Android, and search for the "Enigmo" app.
Can I pause a started Enigmo game?
Yes! It's an advantage that allows you to interrupt your treasure hunt for weather reasons, to have a coffee or grab a bite. You can then resume your game at the exact point where you left off.
How difficult are the puzzles?
Some of the puzzles are deliberately difficult, so that even the toughest minds can have fun. But don't worry, if you're more interested in visiting than thinking, clues and solutions are available for every puzzle.
